At PreSonus, we are committed to your sound; if you are not completely satisfied with your hardware or software purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original factory box, including all cables, manuals, and registration cards, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
